There is no place for "we can add each other" - YOU can add people if you want. You can't say adding will be bi-directional. And you contradict yourself a few posts above by writing clearly "if you add me add yourself too".

There is also not place for "Active members with whitelist giveaways will probably stay on my list forever" - this is beating around the bush that the moment you don't see their GAs and can't enter their WL GAs they will be removed from your WL. Which directly means they will not stay on your WL if they don't add you as well. If your condition to keep people on WL "probably forever" is for them to WL you then your intention is clear.

You either give people ability to join WL with no conditions and no reciprocation, or not. There is no smart way to write indirectly that people will be on your WL if it's mutual. Not to mention adding a blue heart hyperlink to your user profile makes absolutely no sense. It's you adding people to WL. Not people going to your profile to perform action.
