I really enjoyed this game. I'm quite surprised to see that it has gone from having Very Positive reviews for a long time to recently dropping down to just Mixed reviews.
A strange thing happened to me. I didn't have that last achievement when I played the game, and then uninstalled it. Recently I got the DLC, and started playing it. One day, completely random - I was replaying the DLC tutorial - the hats achievement popped up. So, it seems that I actually had found all the hats before, but just the achievement was missing. Maybe a little bugged, maybe depending on other factors and not only the hats.
Yeah same. I couldn't find the last hat though.

Well I've got the DLC but have yet to play it (holds head in shame). Maybe that's the incentive I need! Thanks for the tip.
