I can do that if you'd like. Ensuring users follow the rules was more important to me than pursuing CV for a 1P giveaway, so I filed it as a "User Report" instead of a "Request Received Feedback". I see my user report is filed as resolved, but the user has not been suspended.
Right now their win from me (and any others they may have done this to) does not show in their win list. Any user looking at this winners' account would have no way of knowing they ever won. Do moderators have visibility of wins on accounts even if the winner ignored responding to the win, to avoid it showing in their wins list?
Would filing the "Request Received Feedback" leave the user account showing as an non-activated win, thereby allowing suspension?
