OMG, this game. I loved it, but ended up not beating the second part because of Shadow Kuro. It requires faster reflexes than I have because of previous repetitive strain injury. Some sore wrists later, I decided it was not worth getting another injury HAHA. There's skill, but also a great deal of luck involved in that fight because there are 4 shadows, I think, and they all swamp you if you fall to the bottom. LMAO!
You mean the first game (Evoland)? This is Evoland Legendary Edition which includes both games.
That's the one achievement I couldn't get either.
I 100% Evoland 2 without too much problem (also a much better game imo).
Lol I think I did that in 2 tries or something. It was very easy to cheese them too on various locations. You could just experiment a bit, but nothing was really that hard on that boss imo. Both games were great, overall amazing creativity and ideas, and a journey through the ages, for computer gaming and rpgs in general. Truly a hidden gem. A few achievements were a bit broken however, especially with a bad network connection.
Yeah, it's not easy for me. It's not even about skill, I just don't have the dexterity to pull off the quick movements required. It is what it is. Wrists start to hurt and that's it. I'm like "not worth it." Haha!
Finished it like 2 days ago and also liked very much. Shadow Kuro was rather pretty easy, done on 2nd attempt. Best tactic was to go to corner, whack them as now they will come from one side only, climb quickly, swap dimension and attack them from side. Same thing can't tell about final fight in the game, that one took too many attempts.

Damn are you sure that any youtube videos on that boss do not help you at all? Try watching some perhaps to make it easier? I would in your place.
