actualy some people here are advertising or promoting whatevr they want when they do giveawys. Try and check out those giveaways that take months and give out more than 1000copies or keys

It should be alright. I often see people promoting things in giveaway descriptions, and that doesn't seem to be a problem. The discussions section might be stricter. The main rule that comes to mind is that you don't use reflinks.

I think it's OK as long as they aren't referral links.
