Let's try clearing through this:
1. The preorder/soundtrack version is the "Digital Deluxe Dood Edition"
2. The non-preorder package version is the "Digital Dood Edition"
3. The non-preorder bundle version is the "DIGITAL DOOD EDITION / 魔界戦記ディスガイア PC デジタル限定版 (GAME + ART BOOK) BUNDLE".
The Digital Deluxe Dood comes with Soundtrack, which was unavailable following preorder. After preorder, they switched to the package version of the Digital Dood. Later, that package version was replaced on Steam by the bundle version, though it is still used for key versions of the game. The bundle version cannot be referenced by SG, due to how bundles are configured on Steam's end, so SG still references the last known data for the older package version of the game, despite it no longer being updated on Steam.
Unfortunately, this messy arrangement exists for each Disgaea game on Steam.

I was thrown off by the SG interaction at first as well, so make sure to direct some of that thanks to Zomby2D and Gaffi for helping me get a better grasp on the matter. ^.^
As far as the preorder end of things, I'm not sure whether to be annoyed at the exclusivity, or impressed that a company actually stood by their claims of preorder bonuses being exclusive. :P
..I guess it all depends on how good those soundtracks are, huh? :'P

I'll say I am impressed by companies actually honoring their Pre-Order claims although it does trigger me a little knowing there's a soundtrack out there. Its better for business imo. Also future products with that exclusivity will sell more. In a way the grey markets exist that collectors buy the keys to get the exclusive items.
Its still better to honor your words than tempering with the idea of exclusivity.
