Hallo Knsys, sorry to bother you, but I don't know who else to ask.
On trying to enter an SG-tools protected giveaway I got the message:
You are currently serving an infraction until 2016-09-15 04:15:02 NY Time
I am not aware of breaking any rules, can you please tell me why I got banned or who to ask?

First thing first, you are not banned from sgtools, you are currently serving an infraction.
You are serving this infraction because you entered a SGTools protected giveaway (in this case a train), without qualifying through SGTools.
Hi Knsys, i don't have any way to message you so i try this.
I don't know why but i get banned from SGTools cause 'You were caught trying to cheat the system or entering a sgtools protected giveaway without permission.'
But i didn't try this. after think about that for some days i think it's because of my internet cut. I got a bad connection so it's possible that the request was not send correctly.

Leaking a protected giveaway is punished with a direct permaban.

There is no way to get unbanned for that infraction.
Leaking a protected giveaway URL is the worst offense you can do to SGTools, hence the ban is permanent and final.
