As for best game with anime style? Hmm.... Valkyria Chronicles is pretty good, would Chrono Trigger count? would Bayonetta count? Okami! Dunno if anime style but that game has lots of style. Ar Tonelico, Disgaea, hmm... Trails series? Tales series, .hack series. There's tons of them, hard to pick one.
