Ok, I read the description again and it says this: “ Now, Plague Inc: Evolved combines the original critically acclaimed gameplay with significant, all-new features for PC including multiplayer, user-generated content support, improved graphics and lots more.”

I’m still not exactly sure what that means, but I assume it has everything that was in the mobile version with extra enhancements. I also figure/hope that most of the extra stuff is unlocked automatically since I seem to remember some of the IAPs unlocked modes “early” instead of having to beat the game with every disease type on the hardest difficulty or something like that…
