Um, you don't need winners' consent to delete your own giveaways. And I don't understand this part: "you agree to let me change the giveaway game". How do you do that?

After the giveaway is over, you do need the winner's consent to delete the giveaway.

There's also a ticket support option to change the giveaway game after the giveaway has ended, which I've previously used.

Oh I see. I guess I thought that if you can delete giveaways without permission before it ends, it's the same afterwards, but I can see how people could cheat the system that way.
