Azerbaijan, from the looks of it. The region lock seems to focus on Russia & Commonwealth of Independent States + South America. But then China is in there too, so... lol. So many places, better to be safe than sorry.
Basically this ended up with me looking country codes up and ultimately being like "theres too many different locks, not all of them but at least 3 regions. I better mark this as N.A. only or I see a reroll and a sad winner in the future". Which of course makes me sad because I don't like locking folks out but having to delete or reroll makes me sadder.
Some of the other Humble gifts I've given away aren't region locked but some are... same with GMG. I mean, I get it but it would be nice if it was plainly stated right there on the page and not a surprise later.
