An absolute great game, hopefully with Baldurs Gate 3 being as popular as it is, it introduces many new people to the CRPG genre. I will give a warning - this game is VERY narrative heavy. Think of it as a slightly more interactive visual novel. (With excellent writing)
Anyways, any album recommendations? I'm into the majority of genres leaning more towards Rap (kendrick lamar, tyler), funk/psychedelic rock (RHCP, funkadelic) and metal (metallica, SOAD, King Gizzard and the lizard wizard). Always on the search for more music.

Goddamn, did not expect such a long list. I've heard a couple of these but the vast majority are fairly new to me. Any one particular album to get me started? (Except for Illmatic, Zed Leppelin and OK Computer) In the mood for something similar to OK Computer.

Remain in Light - Talking Heads
Fun fact, Radiohead got their name from a Talking Heads song. Talking Heads aren't exactly like Radiohead but they both make experimental rock that's delightfully weird.
2nd Suggestion would be Frizzle Fry - Primus. Primus is one of the best rock bands to ever exist, trust me. Similarly to Radiohead, they both are one of a kind

Can vouch for both these recs, especially Talking Heads

Will be giving them a listen, I see they've actually got an Atmos mix album as well (Naked on Tidal) which will be a first for me.

Since you mentioned some metal classics already, I'd like to chime in with another: Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark. Of course the song higlighted in the title became the most renowned, but the album is full of gems.
For a more recent recommendation: Periphery - Periphery IV: Hail Stan. Progressive metal, so expect some similarities to Tool (but Egirlspit already brought up the perfection, that is Aenima, so there is that), though less nuanced and a lot more more screaming involved.
...also, thanks for the opportunity and have a good one!=)

Cool, I'll give it a listen, been quite a while since I've listened to Iron Maiden, and will be my first time listening to a full album of it. Never heard of Periphery so quite excited to give them a listen! Thanks for the recommendations.

For rap Cyberpunk 2077 put Run The Jewels on my list of artists I can remember. Not sure if I can give other (recently listened to) recommendations as most music I listen to kind of flies by my ears via spotify's algorithms.

The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails is what I would call a perfect album.

Tried to think something that would be somewhat near your examples and Poets of the Fall might be there. Some other recommendations:
Enjoyed the older CRPGs so it is nice to see the genre getting some revival. Gratitude for disco resurrection.
