It's against their rules, it's allowed here. Users can choose not to like it though. The rules though in this case are debatable as the users didn't enter any promotion for these keys and as such didn't agree not to give them away.
Who do you mean by our? If you mean Steam gifts, non e of our rules are being broken. There's no rules against giving away stuff you won/recieved elsewhere

As a mod you should know better than to bring those issues up outside of the proper channels. Its not the business of the users here to be told he's broke some other sites rules

It becomes their business should WGN catch whoever involved and invalidate the key as a result, which means that the likelihood that the GA creator will not be able to deliver the gift increases markedly.
That involves, the creator, the winner and the support member handling any tickets. If the creator gets a not recieved mark then bringing up why is calling out.
Before you start accusing people you should get your facts together. This isn't my giveaway, nor have any of my WGN keys gone anywhere but on my account or directly to a friend which the rules allow. You never asked me for any proof of where a key came from nor have I any reason to provide one.
Again if a user here has broken the WGN rules take it up with them either there or directly though steam. Considering your position there your behavior is disgusting.

Oh, thank You, i see the point now. Well, that would be the first unrecieved gift, so i was kinda lucky yet. This had to happen one day, and it didn't happen with Fallout 4, so ... :D
