thankfully, have never had that problem where I'm at in California. we did get snow here once. and when the water in the hose freezes, that's kinda neat. good thing there's video games though, so being iced in doesn't even matter! unless you start to get hungry. will pizza places deliver in that kind of weather? try it!!! :D
