Steam says the key has not been redeemed becasue "this product is not available for purchase in this country.".
But I check the store page, this game "Florence" is purchasable in my country.
Maybe it is a region-lock, but I can't find this game in any bundles so I can't tell it.
Please ask the shop about this key, or reroll this key to other lucky guy.

I check the SteamDB and found two region-lock packages.
One is China only, the other is this link: https://steamdb.info/sub/648741/
I am from Taiwan,so I can't use either of them, only a ROW key is available.

Sorry about that. Seems fanatical does have quitre a few region restrictions for this game, which I didn't think to check. First time I had issue with them and region locks.
