A re-roll request was sent to Support after reviewing your account. If Support determines that you already served your suspensions, they will deny the request and I will release the key immediately. Determination takes usually less than three days.

Nearly five days actually. I sent a request for status update in early today, if I don't hear back in a reasonable time, I will make further contact with Support.
