As long as the DLC pack haven't been given away free previously and as long as the DLC pack include this DLC, I think it should be fine. Technically, it's against the rules, but in the spirit of what the rule is there for...I'd vote to allow it. Not that I get a vote in such things :P

Technically, he isn't giving a game under a other name, he is giving the DLC and a bunch of other DLCs as a bonus.

why the hell should it be against the rules? this DLC is in this DLC bundle as far as i know, therefore its completely fine
