no you can get a gift code for minecraft, i did it so i could get my friend it, you make an acc on minecraft.net and when you get the code, you enter it into that acc and you then own minecraft.

So, you're saying that we should force every single user to post evidence. Yeah, that's a really good way to build a friendly community built on mutual trust. If you don't trust it, don't enter. Your loss when it turns out to be real. If it's fake, then it's deleted and your points returned. No-one loses.
