This is a steam code that is bought from turkish official reseller Playstore (which is the gaming web site of the biggest Turkish ISP TTNet) it is official, legal, not locked in any way. If EU Version if this game has any restrictions, this will have those as well (we don't have any censorship etc. in video games). I purchased game with a discount as a TTNet customer (actually i am going to pay 0.7$ per month for 12 months :D)
