Notice: These are old keys that appear unused. Entering means you agree to delete the giveaway in the case that the key doesn't work or won't redeem in your region. They all should, but they have been sitting there and I've had an old key not work in the past to which support told me too bad, I waited too long. I have no idea how to check the region restrictions for old games.
Note that this removed version of the game cannot be detected by SG as owned, so entrants should check that they don't own it already.
For anyone owning this version, note that you may still be able to get the rereleased version for free by contacting the publisher.

However this game was previously removed from the store, and relisted.
So winners of the old Desire could still enter for the relisted Desire.
Wanted the person to be aware that it seems to be fixed now.

Not quite. This game/version is still removed from the store.
It is also relisted under a new appID, which means it exists twice. However all keys only activate the old one. Though because the old entry is banned, it doesn't get api-detected -> you can enter despite owning it.
New one is entirely separate, it doesn't have the own-enter issue, if you own exactly the new version. But you can enter with owning the old one, as simply they are 2 different games on steam.
Thus it isn't fixed. It has been made much worse ;-)

* SG can't detect ownership of games that have been removed from Steam, so it can't detect if you own Désiré.
* SG can't tell that Désiré and Desire are the same game, since they're posted onto Steam as completely unrelated listings, so SG can't tell if you own Desire when entering for Désiré.
Thus, the only variation SG can properly check ownership of is on Desire, if you own Desire (but not if you own Désiré).
As far as entry goes, if you've won a game on SG then, regardless of whether SG can detect ownership on the game or not, it locks out the entry button with a "Previously Won" message, checking only against your previous wins, and not whether you own the game or not.

To specify, there are 2 classes of removed games: banned and delisted. Only the first has those issues while the 2nd can still be seen in user profiles/count etc.
Which gets used when however is often not comprehendible ^^

I am not 100% sure which version this is then. I got it off Humble Bundle. Should I file a ticket and I should contact the publisher about that myself, thank you!

The Humble version should be the original game (the rerelease hasn't been bundled yet, that I know of), but I've the understanding (and the thread I linked above insists that) Humble added an extra key in for the new version when it released, for anyone with the original purchase. You should just be able to check your Humble library to see what kind of accents its name has?

Since it sounds like it is the original version, I will refrain from entering this giveaway. I would like to get the re-release someday as they are still actively working on that one (bug fixes and the like).
