I'm posting here because the thread you created was closed by a mod... Now tell me, when you checked whether or not the winner had activated your game on his/her account, did you look for RACE Injection?

From the Steam Store page: RACE Injection Includes 6 items: RACE 07, STCC The Game 2, Formula RaceRoom, GT Power Expansion, Retro Pack, WTCC 2010 Pack.

Winner's got RACE 07, Formula RaceRoom, Race: The WTCC Game... If the winner thought he/she was receiving Race Injection and didn't see that exact title in his/her library, maybe that's why the gift was marked as not received? Perhaps that person didn't notice that Race Injection was a game pack and not a single game? Just sayin'.
