Sorry to comment on a giveaway of yours that already ended but I already tried commenting on your steam profile and it seems you might have not noticed, you won a giveaway from me 6 days ago as of right now, tomorrow is the 7th day.
If I have not activated the game so far maybe there is a good reason for that, for example no internet connection. You do not add a person or leave comments on profile before 7 day period expires.
Problem is i kept seeing you online after noticing that your entries on steamgifts kept going up whenever I went to check if you had already marked as received or not, so obviously you had internet, and kept entering more and more giveaways too.
I have mobile internet Sherlock. As I already said, no one is obligated to activate the game/mark it as received before 7 day period. Only then you contact the person to see what the problem is. Those rules are there for a reason.
