You do realise though you would have drawn the attention of others when creating a Glacier 3 giveaway when it was being given away by the Indie Gala store for free? As you may have noticed, some have been blacklisting and reporting users for that behaviour.
Regarding BEEP, I think what you needed to do in that unfortunate situation was not mark it as received. Marking as received a game you haven't activated on your account is against the rules.
If support claimed I made a report against you then I'm afraid they were mistaken.
