This is good advice. Redeemed games cannot be transferred, since I can't see into your inventory I am assuming you have an extra copy.

I looked into his inventory, he does not have any giftable games in there but he does have black ops 2 in his game library. so I'm guessing he may think he can give his already redeemed games to others so I wouldn't chance the points

Actually, it is -- that is the default setting for privacy reasons. Also, this person's gift inventory is currently set to hidden.

Yeah id like to see your reaction after coming back from a hard day of work and notice that you won a AAA game, only to realize that it was a fake giveaway, no one cares about the points but its annoying seeing people creating fake giveaways and winning one might not be an enjoyable experience both for the winner and the creator
