• It is mandatory that I give away what I say I am giving away, unless both parties agree to a valid compromise.

• In the event you win, we cannot simply delete it without your permission - whether the "rules" were to state this or not, I have a big problem with that.
  I mean... if the giveaway ended, and RNG decides you are the winner, I can only conclude that you won, as directed by steamgifts, and my own integrity and honesty - and that would be quite unfair to you to have to give up under false pretenses. It's technically against steamgifts rules anyway, and as far as I know.

• For formality's sake, were you to press the issue on a won giveaway - and were I not to deliver, no matter what "fancy little phrase" I add before you join the giveaway, whether the description is read and agreed upon, or not, whether spoken verbally, written textually, or expressed otherwise, at the time of entering, both parties involved still have to agree on something once giveaway ends and potential winner is selected from pool, or lack of entrants. While I have the right to add silly descriptions, you have the right to nullify and challenge without dispute, any actions in a description that attempt to bind you to an agreement under such false pretenses, whether agreed to in typed format, or otherwise stated or noted.

• In the event of a problem, I'll be glad to compromise on something of equal value in trade, but... we'll make sure you don't go away empty-handed. To take this a step further: I probably shouldn't be giving stuff away if I am not prepared to pony up a few dollars for a replacement in the event I run out of extra keys, and/or there is no ability to compromise.

• Luckily, I am prepared with several more keys. In the event all of them fail - which is highly unlikely, given I don't see any mass revocations - I will have to eat crow.

• Still, I've had a couple of truly bad keys that ... went bad as an entire group because of some revocation several years before - and with keys being cheaper if you buy larger amounts of bundles, and hanging around for a span of time collecting dust, etc., they can tend to be grouped as such when it happens. Bear in mind: This is still my responsibility to understand this as a possible scenario, and to adhere to and accept such consequences shall such action take place.

• Please remember: We are not trading signatures here, so there is no obligation at all on your part to ever agree to delete a giveaway from anybody ever, whether mine, or theirs, or any. Period. Sure, you might get kicked out of a group per rules, but don't believe you have to go along with that stuff if you ever read it under a giveaway description. You can always press the issue.

• Nobody can delete a finished giveaway until mods/support see proof from both sides that an active dispute happened, was discussed on some level, and that it has been resolved under those said rules with an agreement, compromise, or ask for deletion by recipient. Whether you waste your time reading this, or fail to waste your time reading this ridiculous description, or any ridiculous shorter descriptions asking to agree to delete, at the end of the day, asking for mandatory casual deletion would be like forcing somebody to "join this group", or "do this task" in order to win. Doesn't fly on public giveaways.

• If I am wrong about any of the above, then I am wrong about the above that is wrong as per definitions of what is wrong and right under the world of spoof. There is no such thing as the world of spoof.

• If none of the above works, and you only want this game, finding all above terms and conditions unsatisfactory, I'll trade for it or most likely grab a copy off a grey market site. ;)
