You should rethink your 3 hours ultimatum bro. I see that you are pretty new here and maybe you don't know the timings that an actual reroll request might take... days, many days.
That's cos you can't reroll the winner yourself, you can only request for a reroll to be made if there's a valid reason and support will then evaluate your request and eventually agree to reroll,
