Thanks for sharing the game with me. I was excited to win this one (I was a huge fan of Uplink back in the day). But unfortunately when I went to enter the code in Steam, it says "Duplicate Product Code" that the key has already been used. Did you accidentally paste the wrong key in?
I tried again this morning to ensure it was not an issue with Steam. The key has already been used. Did you use the same key to activate Prison Architect on your own account?
Unfortunately the key you provided was used at some point in the past and cannot be redeemed anymore. You may be able to get more information from the Steam if you reach out to them, but they are not always helpful.
It appears you are somewhat new to giving away games here, so I should let you know I am not allowed to mark the game as received because the key you provided could not be redeemed (I'd be penalized for not having the game in my account if I did). You may want to talk to Steam about the key already being redeemed or the SteamGifts mods to see what the appropriate next step should be.
Did you hear back from either Steam or SteamGifts? I believe it is a week tomorrow at which point I am supposed to mark it unreceived. I wanted to make sure I didn't do that if you were still waiting to hear back.
Sorry to hear that. Your only options would be to get another key for the game and share that (though that would probably be more expensive than you would want unless someone has them for cheap on SteamTrades), or just have the unfulfilled giveaway on your account (which is less of an issue if you don't enter any of the forum or other other non-public giveaways).
