There are many awesome tutorials on youtube :)
Blender Guru is great for example, but you can just type in Blender Tutorial and pick the easiest one with a lot of views and good feedback: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOKHwx1VCdgnxwbjyb9Iu1g
The easiest would be using the existing meshes (objects) and playing around with them.
Get used with the interface, camera movement etc. You can then try to manipulate these objects a bit and modifing them.
Your next step would be, to make a simple table. You can also use planes, move them around and voila - you now got a room with a table. From there, check out the camera, lightning and try out textures and materials :)
