I got an extra copy of the game when I bought it. This is a gift, so I will have to add the winner as a friend on Steam to be able to send it.
As far as I know, the gift is still valid and not region restricted. But in the unfortunate event the winner is unable to redeem it, please allow this giveaway to be deleted.
