You'd be surprised - some higher levels (3, 4, 5, 6, etc) take ages to activate too, even though they are seen as being "online" and entering more giveaways. Go figure. ¯(◉‿◉)/¯
That definitely happens, but in general the higher the level the less waiting time on keys being activated. I'll still do occasional level 0 and 1 giveaways, but when I'm waiting weeks for them to active the keys I know I can only blame myself.
Same here. I like to help out the lower levels from time to time too. After all we all did start out from level 0. =)
I have no issue but it does get irritating if they exceed the 7-day activation time and I have to submit a support ticket. =P
The worst I've encountered is level 0s or 1s trying to regift the key they won from me in a new giveaway they make (have come across that a few times), and they write "not received". Luckily the system has caught them those times.
Yeah, I know what you mean. Every now and then (especially before, when I was more active) I tried to do some no-restriction giveaways. And I regreted it almost every time. All I do is create some extra work for myself and the support team. And honestly, I don't mind waiting the full 7 days, the problem is that I don't have the faith everybody will actually activate those won keys, so I have to chase them around to do it.

I always activate the game as soon as I get the notification and not super busy at the moment. It literally takes less then a minute. I don't know why so many people are waiting so long to activate a key. More than a half of my winners waited more than a week to do that. O_o
