hmm.. that's interesting. I always make a point to redeem my games and THEN mark as received.
no idea what happened there.. it's not in my library either. I'm going to have to find out what happened there
since I don't really recall any problems with any games aside from a DLC I won from a few months back.

nodnod of my 28 support tickets, 8 of them have been in the past 3 days asking for rerolls (hence overzealous); aye that tool is very useful and should be the first thing you check before sending out any gifts (to be sure you're not rewarding rule breakers xD); it also lists (")real(")(or something closer to it than what SteamGifts itself tallies (because bundled prices and other discrepancies)) contribution value and in what categories users' have sent gifts (i.e. group, public, private) - it is an almost necessary resource when using SteamGifts; there are scripts that users have created to implement SGTools into SteamGifts itself as well, for convenience. have fun!
