NOTICE!!! This key is for the BASE GAME version of Control without any DLC.
Unfortunately, as part of the sleaziest sales tactic I've ever seen, the developers of this game released the DLC on Steam briefly during the period where the base game was bundled and then removed the DLC shortly afterwards. That kind of makes this version of Control effectively an "extended demo" of the Ultimate Edition since you won't be able to purchase the DLC separately...
The game is very fun and the Foundation DLC is well worth playing. The A.W.E. DLC was a solid "meh". I'd still rate it a 9/10. :P
EDIT - Apparently Humble Bundle still has the DLC listed on their site, so it may still be possible to upgrade this version!

Yes. The developer added the base game and separate DLCs to Steam shortly after the start of the March HB offer, but then removed them again after it ended. So there's an app number for the base game version now even if they no longer sell anything but the Ultimate Edition.

I'm not sure but I think you selected the wrong one. The standard version is actually the ultimate version. This one is marked as "package". This may be the case you want to open a ticket to clarify this before this giveaway ends.

The GA option labeled Control: Ultimate goes to a Steam store page for the base game + both DLCs, which is definitely the wrong version as this does not have the DLCs.
The only other version is the removed version labeled simply Control, which should be the base game that was briefly on the Steam site while the base game was bundled.
I've been pretty clear that this is the base game only, so if someone wants to mark it as not received, I'll just open a ticket for it, I guess...

This isn't possible even if you try to go thru the store. This steam store page doesn't exist for a quite long time.
I honestly don't know what moderators decided back there, but I see when you create giveaways both are marked as bundled.
Since both are marked as bundled (Control Ultimate Edition in Feb 23, 2021 and Control in May 4, 2021) and considering this title/entry is a fucking mess, I think SteamGifts don't even care what you deliver anymore. You probably will be just fine in both cases.

And don't forget that the only way to now buy the DLC for the limited edition from the Humble Monthly is to get the Season Pass for a limited time on... Humble Store! How did you guess?

Totally agree... They tried to design a very well scheme but everything went down with the short appearance of the "season pass" on steam. Most developers try to hide the intention to milk incomplete content with DLCs to not burn the image of the basegame... but in this one, they didn't even try. They just put the "buy the season pass" card on the table... Twice! It was pretty much a straight foward scam.
