Old CoDs are good, but at least for me the money milking went worse after the first Black Ops... Until there, they were quite enjoyable on single player. Activision pricing policy/discounts for older games sucks as well. lol

Mostly the kids. You know, when in school somebody just comes up with something that is deemed 'cool', and everybody wants in. There are fads and there are longer lasting things. For example, Agar.io is a fad that lasted a week or so. CoD has an actual marketing machine behind it, so it stays 'cool', until one day kids just stop playing it.

you could move your social life to social media. whenever you feel that you don't want to socialize, just turn off your phone :P
