Since now you will be owning the game, you have to make a few precautions.

First, make a screencap of this key being sent. Store it somewhere safe. If you have some cloud storage (Google Drive, DropBox, Picasa, imgur, anything), blur out part of the key and store it there.

Second, edit your thread's starting post and tell that you were gifted the key by someone else. You can leave out names.
This way the creator of the giveaway cannot tell support that he gifted it to you, or if you see your "not received" turned into "received" through a support ticket, you can counter-claim a fake giveaway and show the screen you saved there as evidence.

Anyway, enjoy the game. Don't worry about it being the second part of a trilogy, it has little to nothing to do with the original Secret Order anyway.
