Because they originally sold the product without indicating that it was in Beta, as well as listed a bunch of features that weren't in the game (yet). Basically, they sold a buggy demo as the full game. Not to mention, this game is a ripoff of the DayZ mod.
and not to mention that it's insanely pay to win. not only that, you spend a lot of money on items and as soon as you die, you lose all of those items. and there are many ways to die, because this game is a buggy mess.
