Fun fact: this giveaway was triggered by me being very very angry at Dota 2 and wanting to let off some steam. I don't blame that stupid (in reality, actually smart) mid-lane Sniper who spammed Shrapnel and Assassinate on my Razor, since I got to check out how the Steam gift system works.
