It's just a name. A lot of the keys are marked "for beta testing", usually the keys for the press. This is absolutely not a problem, it will not be revoked and I also confirm that it is the full game.
With the indication "BETA" in capital letters there is a good chance that it is not the complete set or that it is revoked.
But "For beta testing" is safer ;)
