I commented because we already had do to multiple rerolls for creators who didn't set any region restrictions. Please check https://steamdb.info/app/1272840/subs/ to see restrictions for certain packages. I would assume that your key will not work in those regions that have a specific package restricted to work in their region only - i.e. a winner from e.g. Europe or China might not be able to redeem the win.
If you think that you're giveaway is setup correctly and there won't be any issues - handle it as you want. I'm just pointing out that there might be issues with this giveaway on the horizon.
