That's the error when trying to activate the key.
I don't know what they mean by my list of licenses. If they want to see whether I already own the game anybody can do that, my library is public.

The seller hasn't changed the key (yet). So... to speed up the process, I bought another key from a different seller. Check to see if this works, please. : )
