Description

--- SPECIAL EVENT! ---

Play and finish a game won from me, reply on this giveaway writing a few thoughts about the game and you will enter in a private giveaway!
Best if the game has achievements that show completion. A few screenshots never hurt, but are mandatory for games without achievements (need to check somehow after-all).

As this is my first time doing this type of things and just want to see how many people answer, I'll make a giveaway when around 5-10 people join the event and will include my whitelist. But if I like the experience I'll make more giveaways without my whitelist.

You will choose the game from a list of games given by me, and I'll try to find good games :)

Excellent idea !
I can't tell yet if I will finish the game and/or even start it in the right timeframe but it is definitely the kind of initiative I need to tackle my backlog.
As Matthew Weiner once said, it is like a pie eating contest where the first prize is more pie.

Yeah! I copied the idea because I liked it, but people don't usually read descriptions or play their wins so it's difficult to make these kind of events D: Thx for replying!

The game that I won isn't one that has an ending as it's a VR experience, Perfect.

I spent some time with it. It's meant to provide a series of relaxing spaces to unwind in with some interactive elements. It does indeed do exactly what it says on the tin. One thing that surprised me was that the visuals were much more lo-fi than I expected. The environments don't have many polygons. It's not realistic as I was expecting. Nevertheless it works and after a few minutes in that space it seemed quite normal.

Movement around the environment is by looking around and teleporting to specific spots. There's no free movement. As the areas are small, this works perfectly well. I had some issues interacting with things at first, which I chalk up mainly to my being inexperienced with VR controls. From what I could tell the controls in this are standard for VR applications.

Overall I think it is nice to spend a bit of time to unwind. It's also a good space to practice with the headset and controls in a no-pressure environment. That being said, there's very little substance to it. If you want a game, a challenge or even just something to sink into exploring, this won't give you enough to satisfy.

I'll answer this message again if there are participants enough to make a giveaway ^^
