Rogues operatives is a multi-player hide and seek timer based round game where you take on the role as either an Operative or Rogue. Operatives try to hunt down all rogues that are hiding in the level, whilst the rogues hide and can change objects to try and remain hidden until the round ends.

Does anyone else think it's funny that you can give away 1000 copies for free on SteamGifts and the game isn't recognized as "free" but if you give away 1000 copies elsewhere SG considers it a "free" game?

It's because you can't create giveaways here from those copies. The only way to get them is to win them here, and you're not allowed to regift, you have to activate them on your account.
