This is the only way you can get it off Steam store.. so it's not a bug :(
so wait, is this just the dlc or the complete pack? because i own all the games minus this dlc so i dont want to rob someone of the chance of getting all the games
The DLC page on steam redirects to the complete pack. Steamdb shows that in the last month they made the DLC only purchasable via the complete pack.
So the points bug is due to the app change, but if acquired elsewhere or before 30 days, it should be just the DLC.

50P is a lot for a DLC, but since I own all F.E.A.R games and DLC's but this one I'll have to enter =D
