Looks like the base game was removed. It was "replaced" by Zombie Driver HD. Still don't understand why I can enter for a DLC for a game I don't have. You may want to check the winner as they otherwise can't activate it.
It looks like anyone can enter for this, or at least people who own Zombie Driver HD. According to SteamDB this DLC can't be activated if you don't have Zombie Driver (the original, not the HD version). So make sure that your winner has Zombie Driver, and not just Zombie Driver HD.
