Nice giveaway. Unfortunatelly, even if you have ALL the content from this pack (as I do) you are still allowed to enter the giveaway (don't worry, I won't :P ). So I think it would be nice to check the winner's account before sending them the gift.
Oh, don't worry. I'm thorough. I sift the comments, whitelisting any that are noticeably custom (Even a "Thank you Azure" means they took the time to read my name and type out a line omitting half of the name), check the winner for unredeemed/regifted/trading wins (and report as necessary), scan account for DLC using SteamDB, and check for recorded subaccounts through SteamRep in case someone is running multi-accounts on SG. I don't have much money to give away, so when I do I make sure it counts :)
