At the beginning of December Sooth created new maintenace rules for Positive Thoughts group. And gave a month for members to familiarize with them.

So basing on new-old rules you don't meet buffer requirements for real CV ratio (you "lack" 100 RealCV to be in the buffer zone). That's why you're on 7 day suspension to give you time to fix it, and as it's not much to go back to buffer zone you can ask for another 7 days to make GAs that will give you in total those 100 CV.
