I'm confused. Where are all these 5 copy $50 and $40 full CV games with 100% positive reviews coming from? Is the dev making these with the intent to farm CV on this site? I don't see anyone paying more than 2 or $3 for a game like this.

They don't. They get them from curations or dodgy sites for a few cents.
And some users make a habit of these. Judging from the high level they have from a low number of GAs, I'm guessing support has better things to do than to flag those
yeah, it's funny how sometimes a low level person is actually giving more than a high level one, i guess CV isn't a way to determine your contribution in this site anymore
