However, how much you win has no relation to your level. Your level is based entirely on how much you give away. So the limit on wins makes sense, but the level limit does not.

Sorry maybe I didn't reply well enough last time, so I wanted to new people on SG could have this extra train, so they are usually level 0-1 also their won were set to at least 2, but I noticed not too many people are joining so I guess I will make another train and special thread about it next time, now I've modified the rules for this secret ride. Hoping to more people to join :P
I understand. I'm just pointing out that people new to SG, or those who have been unlucky, are covered by the limit on how many games they won.
The level has no relation to how new someone is. There are leechers that have won hundreds of games that are still level 1 because they never contribute. Someone that's still level 0 has put 0 effort into SG. On the flip side, there are new members that are level 2+ because they start out by contributing a bunch of games.
You can set your rules however you like, it's your giveaway. We're just trying to help you set them correctly for what you're trying to accomplish. :)
as a person who was poor as a kid and only ever really got nice things as gifts from friends, i almost always set my giveaways at lvl 2 for people who have given a small amount. chances are if your level 6 7 8 9 or 10 you can just buy what ever game you want. oh and welcome to my whitelist
