Yeah. FAQ SG only authenticates whether or not you have activated your key or gift through your steam account, not GOG. That's why you don't have to link your GOG account.
This is Steamgifts, not Steamtrades, and yes, only Steam games (keys or gifts). If you see a non-Steam game being given away, it's a mistake from the giveaway host, feel free to inform them of it.
