...for germany, as far as I know, if you own a game they don't want to allow, it will be removed from your list of games but will reappear when you leave the country...
I already own games that are unavailable in my region (for example, most titles of the GTA series), and they work fine. I can also get games that are cut/censored in my region uncut via gifts (worked with Titan Quest Gold, for example)
I remember reading somewhere that trading or selling gifts to bypass regional restrictions is cause for bans to accounts... I am aware that this not a trade in this case, (and that the EULA mentions nothing of this either), but just for future reference BlueLegion, be careful if you usually buy the gifts for games restricted in your region.
