Just a heads up:

You cannot ask users to perform any special action in order for their entry to be considered valid, such as liking a Facebook page, or following a Twitter account.

To join the giveaway, all we have to do is click the button that says "enter giveaway". It is against the rules to make special requirements to enter giveaways. If you want to get people to join the group, what you can do is create a group recruitment thread asking people to join the group and link them to a giveaway that they can only enter if they are in the group. When you create the giveaway, there is an option to only allow members of certain groups to join and that will restrict anyone from entering that is not in the selected Steam groups.
